I’m Anoushka — a Creative Strategist based in London, working at the intersection of brand, communication, and sustainability. Drawing on five years in brand strategy, creative direction, and marketing, I specialize in crafting narratives

Whether I’m designing a brand’s digital presence or capturing quiet moments on camera, I approach every project with care, intention, and a strong sense of visual narrative.

My vision is to create designs that go beyond visuals — to craft experiences that connect, communicate, and inspire. Every element I design is guided by intent, blending creativity with clarity to bring meaning to futures that speak.

Common Queries

Do you have UK Right to work?

Yes. I currently have the right to work in the UK under a Student visa and will be moving to the Graduate Route visa from March 2026. I’m happy to connect and provide any further clarity on visa options if needed.

What problems do I love working on most?

I’m most drawn to climate, culture, and future-facing innovation — especially where systems are under strain and new imaginaries are needed. My work is currently rooted in care-led and empathetic methods, using design and technology to tell stories that help people feel, imagine, and participate differently. I’m interested in how imagination can become a practical tool: co-creating narratives, platforms, and interventions that move us away from extractive, individualistic models and toward collective, thriving ecosystems — for people, communities, and the planet. Increasingly, I’m also exploring how AI can be used responsibly as a collaborator in this process: not to automate thinking, but to expand perspectives, surface possibilities, and support more inclusive futures.

What makes your approach different?

My approach is grounded in storytelling and strategic imagination. I am a multidisciplinary creative, so my foundations are built on design, strategy and research, using participatory, futures-led, and research-driven methodologies to not only address problems, but to reframe systems, challenge dominant narratives, and build more equitable futures. I use mixed research methods, lived experience, and speculative thinking to explore what could be possible. My practice spans visual design, user experience, service design, systems thinking, marketing, and research-led innovation across ai, ecological, digital, and cultural contexts. I’m especially focused on translating complex social, environmental, and technological questions into meaningful, situated interventions - positioned at the intersection of design strategy, sustainability, and social research, I’m motivated by collaborative work that is thoughtful in pace, inclusive in process, and ambitious in intent.
